Incident Response Orchestration: **IT happens, it’s how you respond to the Incidents that matter!

We live in an always-on world, where our customer-users demand that services will always be available, performant and secure. The reality is that no matter what approaches we use to try to prevent them, incidents have become a routine occurrence in our daily lives. As a result, effective incident response is now essential to ensure that problems are resolved as quickly as possible. Additionally, with the adoption of DevOps, Incident response is no longer solely the responsibility of your Operations teams. Developers, customer service organisations, marketing and other stakeholders have all become directly involved in the incident resolution process. We will discuss how organisations are streamlining their incident response practices, while incorporating those non-traditional teams, in order to bring under control what would otherwise be chaos.
